BMW E30 M3 Shell.
All metal, no fiberglass
.  Car was wrecked in the late 90's or early 2000's and rebuilt using a donor 1984 318 and a red E30 M3.  Evidence of the accident and repairs can be seen in the rockers, passenger floor board, windshield frame and front strut mounts/inner fenders.  The shell is believed to be a late model M3 due to the fixed rear windows, the presence of an airbag module (since removed), and aluminum control arms (since removed).
Rear quarter panels, c-pillar, tail light panel, and roof of the car are original and have not been modified in anyway that I can find.  Front and rear wind shields are glued in as expected.  What you see is what you get.  I do not have any other parts available. No Title, No M3 VIN.
I can provide the bill of sale that was given to me when I purchased the car.

bidding.  Car is located just outside Memphis TN.  10% deposit is due within 24hrs of auction close and arrangements for final pickup and payment made within 7 days.  I have equipment and can help load the car if needed.  Cash or wire transfer only for final payment.  No checks of any kind will be accepted.
I was saving this chassis for a special project but a move and life changes made me realize I won't be working on this car anytime soon.
